In this chapter Jenna is waiting in Mrs.G's kitchen wearing her khaki shirt. Then she was asked by Mrs. G to drive her to Dallas Gladstone headquarters. When they went out it was really hot and Alice was waiting out there. While Jenna was driving the cadillac down the street. She asked Mrs. G that was she ready for anything in her way. When Jenna comes inside the head quarters she gets know that she is fired. Then she was forcefully sent on taxi to the airport, but before they reached the airport Jenna was asked by the driver if she would like to go back and so she said yes. When she was back she saw Mrs/ G handing over the company over to Elden and that was Jenna went over and gave long speech to the audience which changes Ken Woldman's mind to follow on the right path and do proper business.

In this chapter we learn that Jenna is really good at giving speeches which can influence other people. And we also see that Mrs. G does not really have a strong will power because she just gave away her company but Jenna's speech had helped the company from dying.
